Hi! I'm Alexis Supan, Cleveland native, dietitian, and food lover. I have been a dietitian for 15 years and have spent most of that time helping others lose weight. I started Eat Well CLE to teach busy people how to balance enjoying food, being healthy, and living the life they dream - all without needing to obsess over every bite. If your main goal is fast weight loss, you're in the wrong place. If you are ready to make lifestyle changes then I am looking forward to working with you!
I graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Dietetics and from Case Western Reserve with a Master of Public Health concentrating in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. I have also received my certificate of training in obesity interventions for adults. I enjoy playing volleyball, travelling, and eating almost everything under the sun. In this 1 hour virtual consultation we will review your eating behaviors and foods so you can get some clarity on where things may be going wrong, and how to improve your eating to see desired changes. This comes with a free 15 minute follow up to check in and ensure the suggested changes have proven beneficial. Follow-up visit can be done 1-6 months after consultation.
Fed up with conflicting nutrition information? Stop trusting friends, tv shows, and Facebook for your diet advice and get to the truth! With this package you will have a one hour initial consultation, two 30 minute follow-up sessions, and unlimited advice or feedback via email between sessions. During this time we will cover all of the nutrition facts you need to know and we'll discuss how to make easy changes that can improve your diet and overall health.

This package includes an initial one hour consultation plus monthly 30 minute follow up sessions and additional support via email between sessions. We will begin with reviewing your current diet and eating habits and then build healthy and sustainable eating habits based on your lifestyle and preferences. After the initial visit, we'll meet every month to assess effectiveness of changes you've made, set short term goals, and get you started on your life of eating well! This is the perfect package if you are serious about learning nutrition and need some added accountability as you start your journey.
